What we do

Get the water out

Standing water extracted first, because everything else waits on it.

Dry the structure

Air movers and dehumidifiers run until the framing and subfloor read dry, not just the surface.

Take out what can't be saved

Soaked drywall, padding and insulation come out so nothing wet is left sealed in a wall.

Put it back

New drywall, flooring, trim and paint.

What to do in the first 24 hours

How the job goes

Four steps, and you know who does what.

  1. You call

Tell us what happened and where the water is. We'll set a time to come out.

  2. We stop the damage

Water out, drying equipment in, wet material removed.

  3. You file, we back it up

The claim is yours to file. We photograph the damage, write the repair estimate and answer your insurance company's questions about it.

  4. We rebuild

Once the repair is approved we put the rooms back together.

Questions people ask first

What should I do first?

Shut off the water if you can do it safely, and keep clear of wet areas near outlets. Take photos before you move anything, report it to your insurance company, then call us.

How long does drying take?

It depends on how much water there was and what got wet. We take moisture readings as we go and tell you where it stands.

Does insurance cover water damage?

That depends on your policy and what caused it, and it is your insurer's decision. We photograph the damage and write the estimate so you have what they ask for.

Do you rebuild after the drying?

Yes. Drywall, flooring, trim and paint, so you are not left looking for a second contractor.
