What should I do right after a storm?

Stay off the roof. Take photos from the ground and from inside if water came in, move what you can away from the leak, and report the damage to your insurance company. Then call us.

How do I know if hail damaged my roof?

From the ground you usually can't. Hail bruises shingles in ways you only see up close. The inspection is free, and we'll show you photos of what we find.

Will my insurance pay for it?

That depends on your policy and what caused the damage, and it is your insurer's decision. We give you photos and a written estimate to send in, and we answer the insurer's questions about that estimate.

Can you cover the roof until it's fixed?

Yes. If the roof is open we tarp it so more water doesn't get in while the claim is sorted out.
