What we do on roofs
Full replacement
Old roof off down to the wood, bad decking replaced, new underlayment and shingles on.
Repairs
Missing shingles, lifted flashing, a leak around a vent or chimney. If a repair will hold, we'll say so.
Cedar shake to synthetic
We've taken off worn cedar shake and put Brava synthetic shake in its place.

We inspect
We get on the roof, photograph the damage and tell you what we see.
You file, we back it up
The claim is yours to file. We write the repair estimate and answer your insurance company's questions about it.
We build it
Once it's approved we order materials, book the crew and get it done.
We're contractors, not public adjusters. We don't negotiate claims or advise on what your policy covers.
Questions people ask first
Do I need a new roof or a repair?
We'll tell you after we look. Missing or creased shingles in one area can often be repaired. Damage across the whole roof, or soft decking underneath, usually means replacement.
Will my insurance pay for it?
That depends on your policy and what caused the damage, and it is your insurer's decision. We give you photos and a written estimate to send in, and we answer the insurer's questions about that estimate.
What shingles do you install?
Recent roofs are Owens Corning Duration in Chateau Green, Terra Cotta and Onyx Black. We have also replaced cedar shake with Brava synthetic shake.
What happens if the wood under the shingles is bad?
We replace it. You can't tell what the decking looks like until the old roof is off, so we check every sheet before the new roof goes on.
