Questions people ask first

Is it safe to stay in the house after a fire?

Ask the fire department before you go back in. Smoke and soot are bad to breathe and the structure may not be sound. Once it's cleared, we can tell you which rooms are usable.

Can smoke smell really be removed?

Yes, but not by covering it up. The soot has to come off the surfaces and out of the materials that absorbed it, and what can't be cleaned gets replaced.

Does insurance cover fire damage?

That depends on your policy, and it is your insurer's decision. We photograph the damage and write the estimate so you have what they ask for.

Do you handle the water from putting the fire out?

Yes. The water from the hoses is part of the same job.
